About Secret Pie

Secret Pie, based in the York area, is the trading name for the digital consultancy and online marketing services provided by Ross Hewitt.

With more than 12 years experience in digital marketing and ecommerce management, in both client-side roles and agency positions, Ross has created Secret Pie to establish the type of digital consultancy and agency service that he always hoped he could either hire or join, but never found.

With service and skill at the heart of the operation, Secret Pie delivers digital projects for clients on time, within budget, and in ways that ensure that the impact or end result is measurable so that you know what success looks like.

In past lives and roles Ross has been responsible for delivering full website, ecommerce and online marketing solutions for an impressive list of clients and companies, such as Manchester United, Norwich Union, William Hill, Leeds Building Society, The Government, Totes Isotoner, Threshers/Wine Rack, and more.....but he's most proud of the current work provided for Secret Pie clients, such as Silver Cross and McCain Foods, who have bought into our tasty and filling ways of working.

Keeping it simple

We are aware that some of the digital tools and techniques available today can be seen as complicated or something of a black art when in fact they are often relatively simple to understand and use...if they are explained simply and properly.

There is no 'secret' to how we work or what we deliver; every secret pie we serve up for our clients nourishes their business and comes with a full explanation and breakdown of the recipe so you can understand quite clearly what we plan to do, how we are doing it, and ultimately what you received and paid for.
